Accessing (SNHU) Higher Ed Benefits: Helping Members Navigate the Process

We know that trying to access Higher Ed benefits can sometimes feel complicated and even frustrating. Before you throw in the towel, please take a moment to follow steps outlined below. These steps can often resolve the most common issues and help ensure you get the support you deserve.

If you have already completed these steps and are still having trouble, please elevate the request to Communications at comms@seiu1984.org so we can assist further.

Have you followed the steps below:

  • Make sure you are signed into your SEIU Member Benefits account. (https://seiumb.com/)
  • Make sure you navigate to SNHU Online Degree and Certificate Programs.
  • Click the “Get Started” button above to go to the Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) website.
  • On the SNHU page, make sure you fill out and submit the “Tell Us About Yourself” questionnaire.
  • Once you complete the above steps, an SNHU representative will be in touch shortly after with information about program offerings, requirements, and upcoming dates.
