Chapter Elections

Chapter constitutions articulate whether a Chapter has elections annually or bi-annually (every other). As a federally regulated process, we establish guidelines each year to help clarify the timing of each step, but in short Chapters need to:

  • have new Members signed up by 02.02,
  • send in all Nomination Form by 02.19,
  • form a Nomination Committee by 02.26,
  • participate in elections between 03.10-03.26, and
  • conduct an annual meeting to seat the officers by 04.30.

Each step of the above must occur whether seats are being contested or not. Below please find a list of those Chapters that have elections this year.
