Bargaining Update – May 14, 2019

Good afternoon,

The master bargaining team is currently preparing for fact-finding, the next phase of negotiations with Gov. Sununu’s team. If you haven’t yet signed our petition calling for Gov. Sununu to deliver a fair contract, please click here to do so. We will have more updates and a better idea of a timeline for the process in the coming weeks, but in the meantime, we wanted to remind you of a couple of things:

First, if you have floating holiday hours that are set to expire, you need to use them by June 30.

Second, if the contract expires on June 30 without a successor agreement in place, the Health Rewards program will again go away.

We highly recommend that you retrieve your points and get your reward cards as soon as possible because rewards take time to process. Additionally, if you’ve yet to take the Health Assessment Test (HAT), you should do that as well. You can find more information on Health Rewards and the HAT on the state’s website.
